Privacy Policy

QuickSend is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

We are an independent tool that uses Google’s OAuth 2.0 and Gmail API (gmail.send) to send email through your own Gmail or Google Workspace account. Google retains ownership and control of Gmail. We only broker the connection — with your explicit consent — and relay your sending request.

1. What QuickSend does

You connect a Gmail account via Google OAuth. We store a revocable access token and refresh token, and expose an API (POST /v1/send) that authenticates with your qs_live_ key and then calls Gmail on your behalf. Every message appears as if you sent it directly from Gmail. We do not operate mail servers and we do not resell email.

2. Data we collect

Account: name, email, image, email verification status, created/last login times.
OAuth tokens: Google access and refresh tokens, token expiry, scope. No Google password is ever collected.
API usage: API key prefix, created date, last used, request counts, and per-send logs (to, subject, status, latency, timestamp) for debugging and quota.
Technical: IP address and user agent at login for security.

We do not collect email body content beyond what is required to transmit via Gmail. We do not sell your data.

3. How we use Google user data

OAuth scope requested: gmail.send (send on your behalf) plus basic profile (openid, email, profile) for account creation. Use is limited to the actions you trigger: authenticating you and sending mail you request. We do not read your inbox, we do not send without your API call, and we do not share Google user data with third parties except as required to operate the service (hosting, database) under confidentiality.

You can revoke access at any time in Google Account → Security → Third-party access → QuickSend, or by disconnecting in the dashboard. Revocation immediately stops all sending.

4. Not an official Google product

Google and Gmail are trademarks of Google LLC. QuickSend is a third-party developer tool that merely integrates with Google’s public APIs under their Terms. For Gmail support contact Google directly. For QuickSend support, contact us — not Google.

5. Anti-scam and acceptable use — zero tolerance

QuickSend may not be used for any scam, fraud, phishing, impersonation, spoofing, or deceptive communication in any way. This is not allowed, period.

Phishing, lottery, crypto, romance, invoice, or business-email-compromise scams
Impersonating a person, company, or government
Unsolicited bulk email, spam, or list harvesting without verifiable consent
Misleading subject lines, false reply-to, or forged headers
Any activity that violates Google’s Acceptable Use Policy, anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR), or local law

We monitor sends, logs, and abuse signals. We may rate-limit, suspend keys, ban accounts, and report violations to Google and relevant authorities without prior notice and without refund. If you receive abuse believed to be via QuickSend, contact us immediately with headers and we will investigate within 24 hours.

By using the service you represent that every recipient has consented and that every message is truthful and lawful. You are the sender. QuickSend is only the pipe.

6. Your responsibilities

Only send to opted-in recipients and honor unsubscribes immediately.
Do not exceed Google’s limits (500/day personal Gmail, 2,000/day Workspace). Excess is rejected by Google.
Keep your qs_live_ keys secret. Leaked keys can be revoked in the dashboard.
Ensure content complies with all laws and Google policies.

7. Retention and security

Logs are retained to provide delivery status and enforce anti-abuse. Free accounts retain 30 days by default (visible in dashboard). Tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Transport is TLS 1.2+. You can request deletion of your account and associated tokens via support — we purge within 30 days except where retention is required for legal or anti-abuse reasons.

8. Sharing

We share only with infrastructure providers (hosting, Postgres) under contract, and when compelled by law. We never share Gmail tokens with other users. Admin users can view pre-aggregated metadata (email, last login, key count, request totals) to enforce section 5.

9. Your rights

Access, correct, or delete your account by emailing support. Export your logs from the dashboard. Withdraw OAuth consent anytime in Google settings. Residents of the EEA/UK may have additional rights under GDPR — contact us to exercise them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. We will bump the date above and, for material changes, notify by email or dashboard banner before the change takes effect.
